Standards for Instruction Librarians and Coordinators
ACRL's Standards for librarians who do instruction. I believe the phrase "instruction librarian" refers to anyone who has teaching responsibilities. What I like about these standards is that the focus is on improving teaching skills and user-centered instructional design.
Required Reading
OK. It's not *really* required, but it wouldn't hurt to read these articles. They're pretty standard amongst instruction folks.
